About the event
We will be digging into the fundamentals of ALL skills: serving, passing, hitting, blocking, digging, and setting. For our more advanced players we will be working on jump-serving, quick sets, and more advanced volleyball plays. We will also be working with players from our very own "Agape Curriculum" developed by OPV owner and director, Jenna Meligan, who has her BS in Psychology and MS in Counseling. The curriculum teaches sports psychology, mental toughness and sports confidence.
There will be a lunch break from 11-11:30. Players will need to bring shoes, knee pads, water bottle and a lunch.
