2022 SUMMER CAMPS AND CLINICS
OPV has summer camp offerings for BEGINNERS (2nd-5th graders), MIDDLE SCHOOL and HIGH SCHOOL in addition to our SPEED, AGILITY, JUMP And STRENGTH training clinics. Check it out and get signed up! Space is limited for each.

JUNE 20TH-23RD 9AM-12PM
BOYS AND GIRLS WELCOME! APPROPRIATE FOR 2ND-5TH GRADERS.
Athletes will learn all the basics and fundamentals of volleyball: serving, passing, setting and hitting. OPV coaches and current high school players will make this a VERY fun and positive camp experience with lots of prizes handed out daily! Campers will also get a taste of our "Agape Curriculum" created by owner and head coach Jenna Meligan, who is a licensed school counselor. This curriculum teaches players about mental toughness and sports confidence. Snack time will be 30 mins from 10:30-11.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP
JULY 11TH-14TH 9AM-3PM
6TH-8TH GRADERS, BOYS AND GIRLS WELCOME!
Athletes will learn and advance in all the basics and fundamentals of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, hitting, digging and blocking. OPV coaches will make this a VERY fun and positive camp experience with lots of prizes handed out daily. This curriculum teaches mental toughness skills and sports confidence. Lunch will be from 12-1pm.
HIGH SCHOOL PREP CAMP
JULY 25TH-28TH, 9AM-3PM
Come join us to get ready for high school tryouts! Incoming freshman, JV and varsity players welcome!
We will be digging into the fundamentals of ALL skills: serving, passing, hitting, blocking, digging, and setting. For our more advanced players we will work on advanced skills as well--quick sets, jump serving and more. We will also be working with players from our very own "Agape Curriculum" developed by OPV owner and director, Jenna Meligan, who has her BS in Psychology and MS in Counseling. The curriculum teaches sports psychology, mental toughness and sports confidence. There will be a lunch break from 12pm-1pm.
SPEED, AGILITY, JUMP AND STRENGTH TRAINING
Players will work on speed and agility with ladder work, jump training with resistance training as well as box jumps, and strength training with weights.
This kind of training is one of THE most important things an athlete can do to improve their game, regardless of positions played. If you want to see tremendous growth in your abilities this training program is for you.
First 8 sessions: June 14th-July 7th
Second 8 sessions: July 12th-August 4th
